 1 Corinthians 7:32-35
I would like you to be free from concern. An unmarried man is concerned about the Lord’s affairs-how he can please the Lord. But a married man is concerned about the affairs of this world—how he can please his wife and his interests are divided. An unmarried woman or virgin is concerned about the Lord’s affairs; Her aim is to be devoted to the Lord in both body and spirit. But a married woman is concerned about the affairs of this world—how she can please her husband. I am saying this for your own good, not to restrict you, but that you may live in a right way in undivided devotion to the Lord.

Mission Statement
Warriors of Standard is a diverse ministry of unmarried men and women exemplifying the vision of NLC by providing opportunities for spiritual growth, outreach and fellowship through the 9 P's of Singleness. Warriors will ensure No Single Stands Alone.
9 P's of Singleness
- PURE - We are the Bride of Christ and are in covenant with God to remain Pure
- PROUD - We are Proud! We are the representation of Jesus Christ, believers with full lives; Warriors, Sheep of His pasture and Children of God who refuse to be boxed in, preoccupied with or defined by the adjective "single"
- PRIVATE - We keep "Private" things "Private" guard our heart with diligence
- PARTICULAR - Warriors are Particular about the company we keep, places we frequent and relationships we allow in our lives
- PERSISTENT - We persevere through hard times which generate hope & build our character
- POWERFUL- We endeavor to be filled by the Holy Spirit. We have a powerful walk because of the obstacles we encounter, the attacks we experience, and our walk with God.
- PRAISE - In everything we give thanks
- COMMUNITY PROJECTS - We will serve during this season of singleness for the glory of God to be revealed in our lives and our community.
- POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS - We will not engage in any toxic relationships, and will be intentional about being around and in relationship with POSITIVE people going in the same direction!
