- To have MONEY as the provision for the Vision.

- Build the NLC Community Campus: Youth Building & Sanctuary Expansion
- Plant at least 2 churches in the St. Louis Metro east area
- Develop plan for future ministries (i.e. Senior and Military Ministries)
MOTIVATION ...
- Evangelize to grow to 5000 members in 5 years (weekly attendance to 3000)
- Develop a plan to reach 12% in diversity
- Develop a plan to reach 50% males in congregation
MONEY...
- Develop a 5 year debt free, endowment and giving plan to support/position NLC for ministry for generations to come
